COMMON USE
This product may be considered an universal tanning material. It is most suitable for the tanning process where a softer leather is required. Because it is organically reduced it is not, except for special effects, necessary to add other organic material.
DIACHROME R
Diachrome R is very soluble in hot water but many tanners have adopted the procedure of adding it dry directly into the tanning drum.

COMMON USES
This product is self basified Basic Chromium sulphate. It contains the fixing agent and offer the convenience to the tanner to run tanning process in one step. Tanners can add this basic chromium sulphate at the amount of 7% of pelt weight into the tanning drum right from beginning and run the tanning drum for 10 hours without having to add any fixing agent to get the well tanned wet blue. Diachrome SB can be used for manufacture of all types of leather. It is most suitable for the tanning process where a relax and stretchy leather are the main objective.

Diachrome SB is very soluble in hot water. Tanners should add it dry directly into the tanning drum without having to premix with water in a separate tank.

COMMON USES
This product can be used for the manufacture of all types of leather. However because of its medium range basicity it is considered to give better fixation and enhances leather manufacturers environmental safeguards.It also reduces substantially the requirements of Alkali Chemicals in the basification process.
